Prices are in euros for the apartment per night with a maximum occupancy of 4 people. Additional person on request.

Prices excluding local tax € 5,00 per adult per night (from 16 years).

Prices excluding final cleaning € 60,00

Payment:

For a binding booking we ask for a deposit of 40% of the total amount by bank transfer. You will receive all information about this by email from us.

Cancellation conditions:

  • You can cancel free of charge up to 6 weeks before arrival.

  • 6 weeks to 3 weeks before arrival 50% of the total cost must be paid.

  • 3 weeks to 1 week before arrival, 70% of the total booking value will be charged.

  • If you cancel within the last week before arrival, 90% of the total booking value will be charged.

  • In the event of late arrival or early departure, the room price will be charged in full.

Of course, we will try to re-let the canceled rooms. If we are successful, the full cancellation fee will be refunded!
